How breathwork - works

Breathwork works by directly influencing the nervous system, helping the body shift out of stress and into a more regulated, balanced state. Gentle, regulation-oriented breath patterns support grounding, safety, and calm, while deeper journey-style breathwork can access and release stored tension, emotion, and subconscious material. Together, they create space for both settling and transformation—allowing the body to soften, process, and return to a more natural state of ease.
