I'm Natalie.

I’m delighted to welcome you here! I'm a down-to-earth Intuitive Healer, Shaman, Channeler, and Spirit Medium. I'm also a trauma-informed yoga teacher and somatic therapist, who is deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their unique spiritual journeys. I feel truly blessed to work with incredible people from all walks of life.

I'm not a newbie to spiritual offerings with over 10 years of experience in spiritual healing and guidance. I have had the privilege of assisting a diverse range of clients—from Olympians seeking balance to mothers navigating the beautiful chaos of everyday life. My clients come from all over the world, and I offer both one-on-one sessions via Zoom and in-person sessions.

I have the ability to see energy clearly and communicate with Spirit Guides, passed-over loved ones, and even plants! My spiritual gifts are unique, and I use them with integrity and reverence to support those who seek healing, transformation, life-shifts, clarity - and so much more!

This is My Story

Growing up in Aotearoa (New Zealand), I moved to Australia when I was a teen and feel honored to call both places home. I'm a mum of two wonderful teenage girls who keep me laughing and feeling blessed. They are my biggest treasures! I am also the wife of a grounded gentleman who has supported me as I've explored the weird and wonderful paths of my spiritual journey.

I began my spiritual journey on a pilgrimage to truly know myself and my own depths. I didn't intentionally set out to work in this field, but after completing my Reiki Master Course, I discovered that I had unique abilities that helped friends and family in profound ways. From Reiki as my humble beginnings, I lent more in to Hawaiian Shamanism (as it is part of my ancestry), re-birthing breathwork, and many other spiritual modalities.

In all honesty, I found my spiritual journey quite lonely at the beginning. Coming from a clinical background I found it difficult to accept what my mind couldn't explain. Seeing spirits, energy and frequencies was often confusing and scary. After many years, I am now able to turn myself 'off' and 'on', so I only experience this when I am in session with clients. This makes my day-to-day life much easier to manage!

Over the years, I have come to wholeheartedly trust Spirit, their love for me, and their teachings. I am continuously learning and developing with their guidance. It helps that I am always curious and a truth-seeker, with a healthy dose of skepticism—especially when it comes to spiritual trends (which keeps me grounded).

My biggest teachers on my spiritual path have been my beloved Guides. We work as a beautiful team to help my clients receive the love and answers they deserve. I haven't had a human mentor for many years and will always ask my Spirit Team before consulting any other sources. From them, I know that I receive pure truth, compassionate wisdom, and support.

My Approach

My approach is loving and gentle. Sessions are 2hrs, where we deep-dive, often laugh and/or cry together and seek the answers, clarity, healing, and transformation that you seek.

I will always honour your humaness, as well as your Spirit and Spirit Team. I welcome your questions, working intuitively to provide you with the best experience to meet your soul openly and honestly.

I am a straight-talker, delivering messages and guidance with sensitivity. If you struggle to articulate yourself, please don't worry. I get shown and told things from Spirit so you don't have to feel pressure to talk if this is uncomfortable for you.

I put my heart into my work, during our session together you will feel understood and witnessed. These sessions are transformational.
