Still Holding ItTalked through it. Still carrying it.
A trauma-informed energy healing and somatic therapy session for what the body is still holding, after the mind has done what it can.
For the heaviness that sits in your chest after the conversation has ended. The anxiety your nervous system won’t put down. The grief you’ve already processed — but somehow still feel in your body.
“
Blending somatic care, intuitive guidance, and Māori and Hawaiian ancestral healing — for what doesn’t move through words alone.
WHAT THIS WORK ISWhere the somatic meets the spiritual.
Talk therapy works at the level of thought. A standard energy appointment often works at the level of spirit. This work intentionally holds both.
Meeting you where you actually live
This is a body-based, trauma-informed session for a nervous system that has been holding more than it should. For an energy field that has gathered things that aren’t yours.
Rooted in ancestral wisdom
The healing traditions I draw from are the Māori and Hawaiian lineages I carry with deep reverence, as gifts from my ancestors. They shape how I hold a room: slower, quieter, with deep respect.
Releasing what sits beneath
This work supports the release of what the body and energy field may be holding at a deeper level — attachments, lingering imprints, old emotional charge.
You stay clothed. You stay in choice. Nothing happens that you haven’t been told about first.
WHO COMES FOR THISWhen the work needs to happen below the thinking.
However you've been guided here, trust that it's not by accident. There is a place for you in these offerings.
You've done the talking
Maybe you've been to therapy. You've named what happened. You can explain the wound. And still, your body is bracing as if it hasn't heard.
Something is being held you can't name
A heaviness. A fog. A sense of carrying what isn't yours. You don't have a clean story for it. You just know your body wants to put something down.
Your nervous system feels stuck on
Sleep is thin. Your chest feels tight. Your body won't fully settle. You've tried the obvious things, and something deeper is asking to soften.
You're sensitive, intuitive, or spiritually curious.
You want guidance from someone who won't make it weird, and won't make it small.
INSIDE THE SESSION90 minutes. Three quiet phases.
When you don’t know what you’re walking into, part of your system is busy bracing instead of receiving. Here’s the shape of a session, so that part of you can rest.
01
Arrive and settle in
We begin with a short conversation about what’s bringing you in and what your nervous system is asking for today. I check in on what feels safe, what doesn’t, and what you want me to be careful with. Nothing is rushed.
02
The work
You’re usually lying down or seated, fully clothed. I may guide breath and attention into the places that are holding. I may work energetically with hands above or lightly on the body. We may use sound, gentle movement, stillness, ritual, or quiet energetic clearing.
Your job is to let your body do what it wants to do. My job is to hold the room steady while it does.
03
Integrate
We close slowly. You come back into the room, we talk through what surfaced, what shifted, and what to be gentle with over the next few days. You leave with one or two simple practices to help your system land.
TRAUMA-INFORMED CAREWhat trauma-informed actually means here.
A lot of practitioners use the word. Here’s what it means in my room.
Your pace, not mine.
We slow down whenever your system needs to. Nothing gets pushed past the edge of what you can integrate.
You don't have to tell me everything.
The body can release without the whole story being spoken aloud.
Your humanness comes first.
Spiritual work should never bypass your nervous system, emotional reality, or practical support.
Consent is specific.
I tell you what I'm about to do before I do it. You can change your mind at any point, including mid-session.
Energetic work is grounded, not performative.
I follow what is actually present. I won't tell you what you should be feeling.
WHAT I BRING IN Layered training. Shaped to your system.
My training is layered, and people sometimes worry the list is too much. In practice, it isn’t a buffet. I draw on what is appropriate for your system on that day. Most sessions use two or three threads — not all of them.
Energy and lineage healing
Reiki, intuitive energy healing, and the Māori and Hawaiian traditions I carry — for clearing what feels stagnant and supporting the field to rebalance.
Somatic guidance
Breath, gentle movement, body awareness, and pacing tools. May include TRE or EMDR-informed approaches where appropriate.
Sound, ceremony, plant-based support
Used selectively when something needs a different doorway in. Plant-based support is available in person where appropriate, never required.

BEFORE YOU BOOKThe things people ask first.
-
Not necessarily.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. This work doesn’t rely on retelling your whole story or explaining everything with words.
Instead, we gently follow what is showing up in your body, energy, and nervous system — allowing release, insight, and softening without needing to relive anything.
-
Every session is different, because every body and nervous system is different.
Many people experience a sense of softening, emotional release, warmth, tingling, deep rest, or quiet clarity. Others simply feel more grounded, spacious, and connected to themselves.
There is no “right” way to experience the work. We follow what your system is ready for.
-
Yes. This work is trauma-informed and paced with care.
Your nervous system is always prioritised. We move gently, within your capacity, and you remain in control of the session at all times.
There is no forcing, pushing, or rushing. The intention is to create a space where your system can feel safe enough to soften.
-
No.
You can come with something specific, or you can arrive simply knowing that something feels heavy, blocked, or ready to shift.
We begin by checking in with what’s present, then allow the session to unfold from there. Your body often knows more than your mind can explain at first.
-
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in easily.
Nothing tight or restrictive. Soft, relaxed clothing is best, especially if your session includes breathwork, TRE, somatic movement, or body-based practices.
-
Only with your clear consent.
Some sessions may include gentle, supportive touch if it feels appropriate and you are comfortable with it. Many sessions involve no touch at all.
You are always welcome to say no, pause, or change your mind at any point.
-
Yes.
Energy healing and somatic support can be held beautifully online. You’ll be guided through the session from your own space, with the same care, pacing, and grounded presence.
If we’re working online, I’ll help you set up in a way that feels comfortable and supportive before we begin.
-
No.
Plant medicine is never assumed, rushed, or included without prior conversation and clear consent. Most sessions do not involve plant medicine at all.
When it is appropriate, it is approached with deep care, preparation, intention, and respect for your safety, capacity, and the ceremonial nature of the work.
-
Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more spacious, or more connected to their body.
Sometimes the shift is immediate. Sometimes your system continues to process gently over the following days.
After your session, it’s helpful to drink water, move slowly, journal if you feel called, and give yourself space to integrate.
