A gentle, integrative session weaving intuitive energy healing (Reiki, shamanic, and Hawaiian traditions) with somatic, nervous system–informed care. Guided by what your body, energy, and spirit are ready to release, we work to soften stuckness, clear heaviness, and restore balance within.
Through this process, you’re supported to reconnect with Source and your higher self, whilst gently regulating the nervous system. Energy healing can also release attachments, energetic cords, and lingering imprints—creating space for clarity, lightness, and a deeper return to your natural state.
Sessions may include breathwork, sound healing, ancient chanting, and plant-based support.
This is a safe, attuned space to come back to yourself—feeling clearer, grounded, and more at home within.
