Please know that when working with energy and Spirit, heavy emotions, uncomfortable feelings, and memories of past experiences/traumas may resurface during your session. I ask that you come to your session with an open mind and heart, and show respect for myself, the healing space, Spirit, and the ancient healing modalities.

Please also know and accept that sometimes I need to reschedule appointments. Due to the nature of this work if I am not energetically clear it is not healthy for me to channel for you as this would be doing a disservice to both of us. If I need to reschedule, I will always do my best to fit you in as soon as possible. These circumstances come with my sincere apologies, but a knowing that the client will understand and respect this decision.

When participating in sessions with me, it is important that you are aware that I am not able to diagnose any health concerns. I provide clear guidance to the best of my ability, but it is your responsibility to follow your own inner compass. Your attachment to what I tell you is yours to dicern. Although I will always give your session 100%, it is possible that I make errors (#keepingitreal).

If coming in person, It is best to wear light loose clothing. Please dress comfortably.

If coming in person, I encourage you to bring warm socks and a comfortable jumper in case you get cold during the session (seasonal)

Please refrain from drinking any caffeine, or consuming large heavy meals on the day of your session.

These sessions can be considered intense in nature due to the energetic and emotional shifts that take place, so I ask that you allow yourself time and space 24 – 48 hours after the session to process whatever came up for you during and after your session.
Cancelation policy

Appointment no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the session cost. Please note, that there is a waiting list for these services.

Upon booking, you will be required to pay in full. If you cannot make your appointment you must give a minimum of 24hrs notice so that your appointment can be rescheduled.

Higher Love Retreats

A booking at The Higher Love Retreat is confirmed when your deposit of $500 is paid. This is non-fundable.

It is recommended that guests must obtain full travel insurance within 14 days of booking the retreat covering all medical expenses, retreat activities and a trip cancellation policy in the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled or in case of a personal emergency that will prevent you from attending.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend a Higher Love Retreat. Guests under 18 may be allowed to attend provided they are accompanied by a guardian.
Payment Policy

Payment must be received in full and must be made at least 30 days prior to the retreat commencement. If you fail to pay within a month of your Higher Love Retreat, your spot may be offered to someone else.

If payment of the balance is not received by the due date Natalie Seigne reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit and any monies paid.

The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected retreat package. This includes flights, transfers, travel insurance and any sightseeing activities that are not part of the retreat program.

Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the guest to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply.
– The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat or to a friend if 90 days notice is given.
– Cancellation 90 days or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
– Cancellation more than 90 days before due arrival date, 50% refund if your place is able to be filled​
