I am so glad that you have found my services! I love everything about what I do. I feel it is a great privilege and honour to be part of my clients' and mentees' journeys. My sessions hold the vibration of integrity, and sincerity. I act as a conduit, re-igniting your inner fire so that you can be your own healer. 

​

I am a  reiki master, shaman, energy healer, psychic medium and channeller. I lovingly hold space for my clients and mentees during 1:1 sessions, ceremonies, workshops, training and retreats.  I have devoted my life to the spiritual path, providing spiritual guidance, and teachings,  and helping others to heal, transform and elevate their lives.

I am not a newbie to spiritual offerings and services, having helped over two thousand clients globally and mentored over 200 practitioners.  As already written, I do love what I do. I feel very grateful for my spiritual guides who have been my biggest teachers and support. 

​

It may surprise you that my background is science-based, very logical and very rational. For most of my life, I worked in the field of nutrition as a clinical nutritionist, specialising in distorted eating. I also worked as a state nutrition coordinator, working within the prison system, with homeless shelters and women's refuge facilities. I believe everything that I have done in the past has set me up for who I am now.

My journey into spirituality was one of huge reluctance and resistance. It began 5 years ago when my husband's best friend passed away in my husbands home town of Reading, England. A few days after his death, I was sitting with my husband when clairvoyantly I saw Pete,  the gentleman who had just passed, walk into the room.  I ended up communicating with Pete and facilitating a conversation between my husband and his best mate. There was lots of laughter, lots of tears and lots of memories shared that evening. This was the beginning of my spiritual journey. Even though this was a beautiful experience,  I was very scared of my spiritual gifts.  Since I was a child, I could see things that others couldn't. I didn't want to tell anyone because I was scared of dismissal, or being called 'crazy'. As a teen, I was worried about my mental health and didn't want to 'see' anymore or experience energy in such a sensitive way. At 17 years, I decided that I would shut off my gifts and close my 3rd eye. For 18 years I didn't see, hear or feel anything! My life was very 3D and very normal ... until Pete passed.

Following Pete's death and my husband's encouragement ("you can really help people with your gifts"), I slowly began to reawaken. Very gently I opened my 3rd eye and intuitive gifts, walking softly on my path. I often took two steps forward and one step back, I did the opposite of rush. I was very careful, maintaining clear energetic boundaries and spiritual hygiene. With intention my 3rd eye began to re-activate. I discovered that I could see energy again (many forms including the auric field and the chakras) and communicate with spirit guides. I asked my spirit guides to teach me and how my to re-remember my abilities so that I could develop a strong relationship with myself, and help people in the future.

Over a period of 12 months, my intuitive gifts got stronger and stronger. I found I was able to read energy quickly and accurately. I also developed telepathy and conscious connection with nature and the cosmos. My relationship with my spirit guides grew quickly and they taught me about shamanism, light frequencies, plant medicines and how to do remote viewing. I will be forever grateful for their guidance, they helped me to reconnect with my truth and because of their support, I now fully trust my gifts and with them, I have helped thousands of people.

My path was certainly not linear, and I know that I will always be a humble student. I have discovered that I am never alone when I do readings or healings, my guides are always present, as are the guides of my clients and mentees. I feel appreciative that none of my gifts have come from classroom teachings, everything has been channelled. This keeps me very grounded and has helped me to relate to people in a very human way, equally in a very spiritual way.

With me, you will recieve authentic and down-to-earth guidance. I am transparent in my readings, if I don't understand anything that I channel - I will tell you. I invite questions, it helps me to help you! I am a 'rough diamond' and with me, what you see is what you get.

Aside from being my 'woo-woo' self, I am also a mother of two wonderful human-beings, my daughter's, Carmen and Genie. I also have two very smelly fur-babies (dogs). I am a lover of learning, nature and re-wilding. I am happiest when walking the earth bare-feet with my family at sunset.
